With more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer, Jessica L.V. Piskorski previously worked as in-house counsel for a private corporation before relocating to Ord with her family. She offers her clients a diverse range of legal services, including estate planning, real estate matters, agricultural law, probate and trust administration, as well as business entity formation and management. Jessica earned her degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she concentrated on litigation skills and participated in the College of Law Civil Clinic. She co-authored the formal and informal probate chapters in the Nebraska State Bar Association's Probate Manual (2018) and has delivered numerous presentations on estate planning. Alongside her husband Dan, who is a native of Ord, Jessica is raising their three young children. She is also actively involved in various local nonprofit organizations, including the Valley County Health System Board of Trustees, the Valley County Community Foundation Fund advisory committee, the St. Mary's School Board, and the Prairie Plains Resource Institute Board of Directors.
